The inaugural class of Ally Law’s Young Leaders Development Program has successfully reached the halfway mark in the series of  interactive workshops led by international coach and strategist Stephanie Wachman.

The twenty-three lawyers across 15 countries who are participating in the program, which is designed to strengthen relationships between the next generation of Ally Law leaders, delegates and clients, have successfully made connections with their peers in the program. Participants have discovered commonalities across cultures, differences in regulation across jurisdictions and alignment of career goals, while also learning critical business development skills.

The program runs through the end of October and this fall will feature topics such as improving conversational skills, work/life balance, and collaboration with other members in the network.
