Finland is an arbitration friendly jurisdiction. Finland has both a statutory option for arbitration as well as a well established Arbitration Institute under the Finnish Chamber of Commerce.

Applex Attorneys has handled multiple national and international arbitral proceedings on behalf of its clients. Applex’s litigation team has eight members that have experience as litigators in multiple arbitral proceedings with both local and ICC rules.
