Courts Prohibit the Union From Taxing ICMS Incentives

The tax authorities Luca Salvoni and Gabriel Baccarini collaborated with the matter of the Valor Economico commenting decision of the TRF 3rd Region that prevented the Federal Union from taxing by PIS/Cofins tax incentives granted by states that grant reduction of the basis of calculation of the ICMS.
