On 11/27/2025, the General Inspectorate of Justice (“IGJ”) published General Resolution No. 6/2025 (the “Resolution”) through which an extension was approved to the regularization regime for the presentation of financial statements, originally regulated by General Resolution No. 4/2025 published on 01/13/2025.
