On May 19-23, we’re thrilled to bring together 100+ delegates from 60 firms in 40 countries for our 2026 Annual General Meeting, From Technology to Trusted Relationships, a five-day gathering exploring how technology, strategy, and human leadership intersect amid profound change across the legal profession.  Sponsored by Hayes solicitors, this is the group’s first global conference in Dublin.

The program moves from practical operational best practices to deeper conversations around firm identity, pricing models, leadership, and global collaboration.  Through substantive plenary sessions and highly interactive small‑group discussions, delegates will examine how firms can remain distinctive, resilient, and trusted in an increasingly tech‑driven environment.

Keynote speakers include former law firm CEO Nigel Haddon, who will address value‑based pricing and the evolving client‑firm relationship, and Dr. James McCabe, an Irish narrative theorist, who will explore why storytelling has become a critical leadership skill as the profession adapts to rapid technological change.

Complementing the keynote sessions are 18 small‑group discussions covering topics such as law firm rebranding, cross‑border wealth planning, and doing business in Africa, allowing participants to engage deeply with peers on shared challenges and opportunities.

The 2026 AGM will also feature Ally’s first‑ever Women’s Forum Retreat, focused on how leaders are rethinking legacy management systems, including compensation, evaluation, hiring, investment decisions, and partner retirement.

Equally central to the AGM is Ally’s commitment to strengthening the personal relationships that underpin effective global collaboration.  Taking full advantage of the Irish setting, the program incorporates distinctive cultural experiences throughout the agenda, giving participants opportunities to connect through traditional food and music, coastal hikes, a sheepdog exhibition, kayaking alongside seals, a dinner at the Guinness Storehouse, legendary links golf, visits to the Book of Kells, traditional weaving, and more.

Together, these experiences are designed to reinforce the trusted relationships that distinguish Ally Law’s global network and support collaboration across borders.
