Consent Privacy Policy

We do not collect or store personal data unless specifically stated. Cookies are used for analytics and third party interaction as stated in the Cookie Policy.

If you have consented to using one of our forms ( Referral Reporting, Services Evaluation Form, General Meeting Registration and Contact forms ), the information will be used as stated on each form. The information will only be used as explicitly stated by Ally Law.

We do NOT sell, trade, or transfer your information to outside parties that are not a trusted third-party partner assisting us in conducting our business, servicing you, or operating our Web site. Our trusted third-party partners are also obligated to keep such information confidential, as well. Regardless of the type of information gathered, we will always use the information in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

3rd Party Tracking

Embedded content from other providers may track your interaction with our content. For example, if we embed a video from YouTube, Google will track your interaction. Similarly a click on a social “share” button will result in a third party tracking that activity – such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Google+ etc. Unfortunately, there is no way around this if you wish to share content socially or interact with content we have embedded from a 3rd-party.

External links

This Web site may contain links to other parties’ sites. Please be aware that we are not responsible for the privacy practices of any outside sites that are linked to this Web site. We encourage users to consider this when they leave our Web site and to read the applicable privacy policies of each such outside Web site. This privacy statement applies solely to information collected on www.ally-law.com.

Security

We protect your information using industry standard IT security measures and by not storing identifiable information outside of Google’s Analytics data (such as IP and location).

Google Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics to help analyse how visitors use the site. Google Analytics uses “cookies” to collect standard internet log information and visitor behavior information in an anonymous form. No personally identifiable information is collected about you unless you explicitly submit that information on this website through one of our forms.

Consent

By consenting to the privacy notice on forms or through Cookie acceptance you are giving us permission to process your personal data specifically for the purposes identified. Consent is required for Ally Law to process your data, but it must be explicitly given. Where we are asking you for sensitive personal data we will always tell you why and how the information will be used.

You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us at team@ally-law.com and requesting to have your consent withdrawn.
