Country is for years a signatory of 1958 New York Convention.
Please provide a brief overview of your firms international arbitration capabilities (team members, experience as litigators in arbitration as well as experience as arbitrators).
Pavel Holec and Karel Zuska have been actively involved in over 100 arbitrations as arbitrators of the The Arbitration Court attached to the Czech Chamber of Commerce and the Agricultural Chamber of the Czech Republic or in ad-hoc arbitrations in the last 25 years.
