Describe the international arbitration governing bodies/structure in your jurisdiction.

The Singapore International Commercial Court was launched on 5 January 2015 and it is a division of the General Division of the Singapore High Court and part of the Supreme Court of Singapore designed to deal with transnational commercial disputes. Separately, the Singapore International Arbitration Centre was established in 1991 as an independent, not-for-profit organisation that provides neutral arbitration services to the global business community.
