We’re excited to announce our global member event in Buenos Aires, Argentina, from May 27 – 31, 2025. Hosted by member firm Richards, Cardinal, Tützer, Zabala, Zaefferer, this exceptional event brings together 125 lawyers and guests from more than 30 countries on five continents. Over the course of the meeting, delegates, client guests and invited presenters will discuss a wide range of emerging legal developments, country-specific and international business opportunities, and best practices for developing future-proof firms in an era of rapid change. Among other topics, the panels, speed-networking session and breakout meetings will explore trends in nearshoring, supply chain compliance, international arbitration, “green” tax and financial incentives, developing the next generation of legal talent, and much more.
In addition to the member-focused events, in-house counsel and other guests will share their insights in a series of client sessions, during which they will discuss ways to address cultural issues when managing across borders, the impacts of emerging technologies on legal teams, making the most of corporate legal budgets, and how outside counsel can strengthen relationships with corporate legal departments. The client sessions, co-sponsored by the Association of Corporate Counsel Argentina, are expected to draw more than 50 corporate attendees. The keynote address will be offered by renowned neuroscientist Dr. Michael Patt, who will lead an interactive discussion focused on helping firm leadership strengthen their organizations by improving human connections.
Said newly elected President Paola Sangiovanni, President of Ally Law and a partner at Gitti and Partners, a law firm with offices in Milan, Rome and Brescia, Italy, “We are thrilled to be holding our annual general meeting in Argentina in 2025 and are immensely grateful to our host firm — and partners Juan Pablo Cardinal and Lisandro Frene, in particular — for working so closely with our Ally Law leadership and marketing team to produce an unparalleled event. In today’s global marketplace, organizations and corporations, and their leaders, are facing ever-increasing challenges to old ways of doing business. By strengthening the personal and professional relationships between Ally Law delegates, our network is better positioned to address clients’ legal needs in a coordinated manner and across a wide range of disciplines. We also look forward to welcoming first-time attendees from our newest member firms.”
New member firms include DIMAC Law Firm (Vietnam), Chance Bridge Law Firm (China), Khalid Anwer & Co.(Pakistan), and Avila Rodriquez Hernandez Mena & Garro LLP (Florida, USA).
Added Cardinal, co-founder of Richards, Cardinal, Tützer, Zabala, Zaefferer, “On behalf of our entire firm, we are so pleased to welcome Ally Law’s delegates and guests to Buenos Aires. We hope that attendees will not only enjoy this center of culture and commerce, we hope that the issue-specific presentations and discussions, as well as the formal and informal social and networking events, will strengthen the relationships that make Ally Law such an important asset to our collective clients.”
In addition to each year’s AGM, Ally Law members regularly attend annual regional meetings to focus on jurisdiction-specific business and legal issues. These regular meetings give members a distinct advantage over law firms outside the network, helping ensure that current insights and experiences are shared among the organization’s network of professionals.
