The firm was formed in 2015 by Ansis Spridzans, who has extensive experience leading various banking and finance, capital markets and M&A transactions, many of which have been the first of their kind or of landmark importance in Latvia. He has served in leadership positions in state-owned enterprises, including as a chairman of the Privatisation Agency of Latvia, where he was responsible for management of state assets exceeding 1 billion EUR. Ansis provided legal assistance to many capital market transactions, including London Stock Exchange listings, securitizations and restructurings.
The team consists of highly ranked lawyers with experience working for global law firms operating in the Baltic region. In 2017, the firm was certified to provide adviser services for Nasdaq First North alternative market.
