We’re pleased to announce that our 2025 Asia Pacific Regional Conference will be held November 20–22 in Bali, Indonesia. This annual event will bring together Ally Law delegates and guests from member firms located in countries throughout the hemisphere.

Hosted by Ally Law’s Indonesia member firm, Nusantara Legal Partnership, the three-day event will feature substantive sessions exploring creative innovation strategies for mid-sized firms, cross-border client collaboration, tariff challenges and trade policy shifts affecting the region, and best practices for artificial intelligence implementation. In formal panels and informal discussions, speakers and guests will share practical approaches for navigating firm management challenges and addressing evolving economic conditions across Asia Pacific markets. Sessions will include candid insights on cross-selling strategies and coordination models that successfully leverage the Ally Law network across borders and practice specialties.

In addition to the various sessions and roundtable discussions, delegates and guests will experience Bali’s renowned tropical beauty and cultural richness. The conference begins with an informal beachfront barbecue at Canna in Nusa Dua, followed by a closing dinner at Anantara featuring a specially created Indonesian banquet that showcases the vibrant, aromatic flavors of the region’s cuisine. An optional Saturday excursion offers a private yacht cruise to Lembongan Island, where attendees can enjoy an exclusive beach club, snorkeling, guided island exploration, a beachfront seafood barbecue, and live local music.

During the conference, attendees will hear from Taufiq Arfi Wargadalam, Executive Director of the RCEP Support Unit in Jakarta, who will discuss how the Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership—covering roughly 30% of global GDP and one-third of the world’s population—drives inclusive economic growth across ASEAN and partner economies. A dedicated panel will examine legal and business strategies for addressing the considerable tariff challenges facing the Asia Pacific region, which are expected to impact economic growth, supply chains, and trade flows across nations such as China, Vietnam, Thailand, Singapore, and India.

Paola Sangiovanni, President of Ally Law and a partner in Italy member firm Gitti and Partners, will welcome new Ally Law member-firm delegates and lead discussions on maximizing network membership benefits. Said Sangiovanni, “The Asia Pacific region continues to be one of the world’s most dynamic economic zones, presenting both tremendous opportunities and complex challenges for our member firms and their clients. Our meeting in Bali brings together legal professionals from across this diverse region to share strategies, strengthen collaborative relationships, and position our firms to deliver exceptional value as trade policies and business conditions evolve throughout Asia Pacific markets.”

Following successful Americas and EMEA regional conferences held earlier this year in Costa Rica and Latvia, the Asia Pacific meeting completes Ally Law’s 2025 calendar of regional gatherings. These regular meetings give members a distinct advantage over law firms outside the network, helping ensure that current insights and experiences are shared among the organization’s network of professionals.
