Alerion is a full-service business law firm, created in 2003 and strongly focused on international services and a global clientele.
Overview
Based in Paris, the firm has expanded to include 19 partners and more than 60 lawyers. The firm works for a wide variety of clients, advising large French and international groups, French subsidiaries of international groups, listed companies, small and medium-sized businesses, start ups, investment funds, associations, public institutions, local authorities and family offices.
Our services address all aspects of French business and international economics. We have also developed specific cross-disciplinary knowledge in key sectors, including sports, pharmaceuticals and biotechnology, the digital economy, real estate, and aerospace.
