Through Communication “A” 7406 of 11/25/21, the BCRA regulated the activity of Credit Service Providers between Individuals through Platforms ( PSCPP ), effective as of 3/1/22.

On 11/25/21 the BCRA issued Communication “A” 7408 that ratifies the validity of the exception to the prior authorization of the BCRA to make advance payments of imports for the acquisition of capital goods (concept codes B12, B20 and B21 ) effective from 12/1/21, with the presentation by the client of an affidavit stating that the payment in progress plus the amount pending regularization for payments for such concept, from 12/1/21, does not exceed US $ 1,000,000.
