Prokopis Linardos, member from Your Legal Partners in Greece, and participant in our Young Leaders Development Program, focuses on public procurement law, concessions and other forms of PPP projects, commercial contracts, administrative law and related litigation.
Michael Thom, member from Obermayer in Philadelphia, and participant in our Young Leaders Development Program, focuses on banking, real estate, corporate formation, private securities transactions, and has particular experience in water and wastewater systems.
Peruvian member, Roberto Santiváñez focuses on regulation and competition, project development and financing, and corporate finance and acquisitions, with an emphasis on energy and infrastructure sectors.
Chilean member, Arnaldo Gorziglia co-leads Artegea Gorziglia’s Corporate Practice and focuses on company mergers and acquisitions; financing of all types of projects, especially infrastructure; corporate restructuring and capital markets.
Chilean member, Ignacio Arteaga co-leads Artegea Gorziglia’s Corporate Practice and focuses on commercial law, civil law, energy law and arbitration.
Currently serving as a member of the Executive Board, Paola Sangiovanni is a Partner within Gitti and Partners where she focuses on transactional counsel in the areas of new technologies and life sciences.
Currently serving as Ally Law Treasurer and a member of the Executive Board, Andrew Parlour is a Principal within Russell Kennedy’s Corporate and Commercial group.
