New Transparency Register Requirements for Private Ontario Corporations

Effective January 1, 2023, the Business Corporations Act (Ontario) (the “OBCA”) was amended to require each private Ontario corporation (a “Corporation”) to prepare and maintain a “transparency register” (the “Transparency Register”).
