A founding partner of the Mexico City law firm Cornejo Méndez González & Duarte, González will lead Ally Law for a two-year term ending in 2019. He served previously as First Vice President, Chair of the Expansion Committee and as a member of the Executive Committee.

In his private practice, González focuses on labor, employment and social security matters, representing US, Canadian and European companies and their Mexican subsidiaries in matters heard before various labor boards and in litigation, including cases argued before the Supreme Court of Mexico.
