Ally Law’s Two-Week Super Conference Brings Together Lawyers, Innovators and Client-Service Professionals from Around the World

On November 11, 2020, Ally Law launched its two-week Super Conference 2020. With more than 300 registrants, 23 speed-networking presenters and nearly two-dozen issue focused presentations and panel sessions, the Super Conference will help members and guests explore industry best practices, discussion technology and strategy innovations, and find opportunities in today’s unprecedented, challenging business environment.

The virtual event, which will continue through November 20, kicked off with a presentation by keynote speaker Curt Steinhorst. Author of the bestselling book Can I Have Your Attention? and a regular contributor on leadership strategy to Forbes magazine, Steinhorst is also the founder and CEO of Focuswise.

Tracie Ransom, founder of Ransom Strategies Group, will help participants examine ways law firms can achieve their diversity, equity and inclusion goals. Christian Heim, MD, PhD, an award-winning clinical psychiatrist in Australia will help law firm leaders better understand how to address mental health issues in their firms — an issue of particular importance as individuals and organizations contend with the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Other session topics include firm management, collaborative marketing and business development, strategic innovation and technology, new and emerging practice areas, and the development of the next generation of network and industry leadership.

Said Björn Welinder, president of Ally Law and a partner in Lund, Sweden-based law firm Lindmark Welinder, “This year’s Super Conference gives our delegates and guests an opportunity to explore new ways of adapting to current business challenges. In fact, we are putting these lessons into action during the course of the conference itself, as we take advantage of today’s cutting-edge communications technologies to bring people together in exciting ways.”

Added Wendy Horn, Executive Director of Ally Law, “The topics discussed by this year’s panelists and guest speakers are directly relevant to how we provide legal services today. I am looking forward to seeing how these concepts are put into practice on behalf of our clients in the coming months.”
