Currently serving as a member of the Executive Board, Ron Hack is an experienced toxic tort, environmental and commercial litigator and small business advisor. His practice includes representing large and small companies defending against various toxic tort claims involving asbestos, benzene, mold and welding rod fumes, as well as all types of environmental enforcement actions, product liability claims involving electrical equipment, recreational devices, pharmaceuticals and medical devices, and oil and gas pipelines. He assists business clients in all types of commercial litigation.

Maria Stakovska, member from Lindmark Welinder in Lund and participant in our Young Leaders Development Program, is a lawyer and co-owner. After serving in court and for a few years at one of the country’s largest law firms, she started at Lindmark Welinder in 2006. She has extensive experience in contract and company law, including company transfers and establishments as well as international transactions.

Gilles Podeur, member from Alerion in Paris and participant in our Young Leaders Development Program, is in charge of our Restructuring & Insolvency practice. He assists clients in connection with debt restructurings, insolvency proceedings, acquisitions of underperforming companies, acquisitions of going concerns in insolvency proceedings (“plans de cession”), enforcement of security interests, or liability claims. The matters he handles are often international.

Prokopis Linardos, member from Your Legal Partners in Greece, and participant in our Young Leaders Development Program, focuses on public procurement law, concessions and other forms of PPP projects, commercial contracts, administrative law and related litigation.

Peruvian member, Roberto Santiváñez focuses on regulation and competition, project development and financing, and corporate finance and acquisitions, with an emphasis on energy and infrastructure sectors.

Chilean member, Arnaldo Gorziglia co-leads Artegea Gorziglia’s Corporate Practice and focuses on company mergers and acquisitions; financing of all types of projects, especially infrastructure; corporate restructuring and capital markets.

Chilean member, Ignacio Arteaga co-leads Artegea Gorziglia’s Corporate Practice and focuses on commercial law, civil law, energy law and arbitration.
